1. Agreement
By using NVP Labs services you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide design, development, and digital marketing services as scoped in individual project agreements.
3. Payment
Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payment may pause active work.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own all deliverables except for third-party assets and our internal tools.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will sign NDAs on request.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected project.
